Evening Practice for Improving the Coordination & Application of Specific Skill in Game like Situation.

Acquire and improve general physical preparation and Improve physical factors required strength, speed, power, endurance, agility, flexibility.
Develop psychological techniques and improve technique
Develop tactical concepts and Improve theoretical knowledge about sport

MAY-JUNE – VACATIONS
JULY –
1. Competition frequency, repetition or intensity increases method used for regional level meet.Practice for tournament and prepare team to participate for regional Meet.
2. Selection for interested students for his or her choice game.
3. Extra practice for improving the skills (Morning 06:30am to Prayer Time)
4. Inter House Tournament and self evaluation exercises
5. Technical and tactical skill preparation for regional sports meets 2009
6. Organize the Evening coaching camp – Table-Tennis, Basket-Ball, volley ball, Handball, badminton.
7. Psychological preparation for competition.
8. Weekly training would reach maximum intensity 2-4 times per week.
9. Strength and agility developing exercise will be started.
10. Guest lecturer on personal hygiene.
AUGUST –
Opportunity to take part the Regional Meet for 07 Games
Participation of our school.
Practice for main competition.

1. Extra practice for improving the skills (evening 06:30 pm to7.50 pm)
2. Volleyball Teacher & students match on teacher day.
3. Music chair competition for madam between girls on teacher day
4. Do practice of selected students for National Meet.
5. Other – Foot-Ball, Basketball, Hand-Ball, Kho-Kho, Table-Tennis, Badminton
6. Carom-Board, Chess (In-door for Afternoon).
7. Long and sand running in evening session and cross country will organize for Endurance.
8. 2 hour fast football matches to develop strength and Endurance abilities.
OCTOBER –
- Verbal instructions, demonstration and video of specific skill for students for teaching new game skill.
- Calisthenics exercises & improved for Stamina & work with Jogger for running.
- Recreation game, Table-Tennis & Badminton.
- Competition among the students.
- Mini sports day
- Organize the Evening coaching camp – Athletics, Table-Tennis, Basket-Ball, volley ball, Handball Badminton.
NOVEMBER –
- Cricket match on BAL-DIWAS
- Every day Volleyball matches in evening for improvement the skill of students.
- Sports Day
- Rope-Skipping and dumbbell exercise to improve the stamina and strength.
- stairs up and down improve the stamina, foot work and lower strength
- Jumping exercise for co-ordination & calisthenics exercise.
- Practical exams for one Game skill.
DECEMBER –
- Class room teaching for measurement & dimensions of ground and specific skill.
- Volleyball, Foot-Ball, Hand-Ball matches for improvement in specific technique.
- Theory classes will be started on games specific skill.
- Evening practice of weight training will be started.
- Fartlek training technique started for speed endurance.
- Organize Health awareness and annual health check up week.
